Did you know that the twelve did not know of our Lord’s death, burial and resurrection when they were sent out to preach “the gospel?” Luke 9:6; 18:31-34. So what was the gospel they were preaching?
Did you know that even after our Lord’s death, burial and resurrection, the eleven did not know that He was to rise from the dead? John 20:9.
Did you know that the Body of Christ was a mystery, hidden in God, until the Lord Jesus Christ revealed it to Paul? Romans 16:25; Ephesians 3:1-9; Colossians 1:25-27.
Did you know that Paul is the only New Testament writer to speak of the Body of Christ? 1 Corinthians 12:27.
Did you know that Paul is the only New Testament writer to mention the “one baptism” of 1 Corinthians 12:13. “For by one Spirit were we all baptized into one Body…….”
Did you know that on the day of Pentecost the Lord Jesus Christ is the baptizer, baptizing the kingdom believers with the Holy Spirit? This is not the baptism of 1 Corinthians 12:13.
Did you know that our Lord’s earthly ministry [1st advent] was strictly to Israel? Matthew 15:24; Romans 15:8.
Did you know that you can not read Paul’s revelations into the gospels and Acts. That is “anticipating” revelations.
